Kathlyn’s expertise in property tax litigation has led to substantial results, including over $22 million in taxable value reductions in notable cases including Houston House v. Luke Beshara is a distinguished partner at Patel Gaines’ Fort Worth office, bringing extensive experience in litigation, dispute resolution, and high-stakes legal matters.
