Bio
Luke Beshara is a distinguished partner at Patel Gaines’ Fort Worth office, bringing extensive experience in litigation, dispute resolution, and high-stakes legal matters. With a track record of over 50 trials, arbitrations, and contested matters at various levels—international, federal, state, and local—Luke has a proven ability to secure favorable outcomes in complex legal situations. As appellate counsel, he has handled more than 85 appellate cases, frequently presenting oral arguments, and he has represented clients in over 1,000 cases, spanning a wide range of litigation areas. Luke has secured notable recoveries for his clients, including approximately $20 million against international entities and trusts, and over $4.5 million following a jury trial with a successful defense on appeal to the Texas Supreme Court.
In another significant case, he was able to reduce an $8 million judgment to a nominal amount while on appeal. Known for his strategic insights, Luke has obtained directed verdicts in multiple trials by demonstrating that the evidence did not support further deliberation by the trier-of-fact. Luke is admitted to practice law in Texas, the United States Supreme Court, the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the U.S. District and Bankruptcy Courts for the Northern, Eastern, Southern, and Western Districts of Texas. Luke’s assortment of experience, combined with his dedication to his clients, makes him a powerful advocate and an invaluable asset to Patel Gaines.
